Matokeo ya kidato cha nne mwaka 2014 haya hapa Na Edom H Mwaki Kutoka Kinondoni Shule za sekondari za binafsi zaongoza 10 bora matokeo ya mtihani wa  kidato cha nne uliofanyika mwaka jana. Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari leo ofisini kwake jijini Dar es Salaam,Katibu Mtendaji wa Baraza la Mitihani nchini  (NECTA),Dk.Charles Msonde amesema katika matokeo ya kidato cha nne ya mtihani wa mwaka jana ufaulu umeongezeka  kwa asilimia 12.67 ikilinganishwa na mwaka 2013. Katika matokeo hayo msichana wa shule ya sekondari ya Baobab ,Nyakaho I. Marungu ndio aliyeongoza mtihani huo na kufatia wavulana. Shule za Sekondari za St.Fransis ya mkoani Mbeya wanafunzi sita na Feza wanafunzi nane na kufanya shule hizo kuingia katika 10 bora kwa kutoa idadi wanafunzi wengi ikilinganishwa na shule zingine. Enhancing Children's Emotional Development By Leah Davies, M.Ed. Most educators agree that children's emotional well-being contributes greatly to their social and intellectual development. However, adults have traditionally denied children's feelings by saying things such as, "You shouldn't feel that way!" or "You'll be fine. Forget it." Negating children's strong emotions can result in fearfulness, confusion, shame and resentment, which can interfere with their learning. When negative emotions are suppressed, they usually resurface and cause problems. Children who are taught to identify, express, and cope positively with their feelings develop useful life skills. Human beings experience a variety of emotions that cannot be categorized as right or wrong. What is important is how children handle their feelings.
